Our culture is underpinned by a sense of cohesiveness, communication, safety and belonging.

Our employee run event committee, Pulse, run regular events each month, from quizzes and food testing to pizza events. They also arrange a summer and winter gathering attended by team members from across the sites.

Each week, we also run whole company stand-ups, where business critical information is shared, safety issues are discussed and any Pulse activities taking place are shared. All this is shared from our Alton break-out area where we have plenty of seating for informal meetings or to relax. Speaking of which, we also have a football and pool table for those that fancy a bit of competition whilst catching up over a cup of coffee or tea!

What do we offer?

  • Annual Leave

    Holiday is important part of every role and we actively encourage people to make plans away from the office.

    To enable you to enjoy a break, we offer 25 days per holiday year plus UK Public Holidays, rising to 28 days after 3 years. We also close for for 3–4 days over Christmas & New Year (which is counted as part of your annual leave), to ensure that everyone of our team has some well earned rest!

  • Hybrid/Flexible Working

    Our full-time hours are 37.5 hours per week (exclusive of unpaid breaks). However we realise that sometimes things might take a bit longer than expected*. We believe your time shouldn't go unnoticed and therefore offer overtime and TOIL.

    We also operate hybrid working for a number of specific roles (though 60% of your time will be office based).

    * We hope this isn't the case but encourage a two-way discussion with your manager if this might happen.

  • Pension Scheme and Pension Salary Exchange

    We offer all our team members a 10% employer contribution to help you save for the future.

    As an additional benefit, you can boost your pension with salary exchange. Your contributions come from your gross salary, reducing your Tax and NI contributions.

  • Employee Incentive Scheme (EIS) Award

    We believe that team work is at the heart of success. Our EIS  is our approach to rewarding eligible employees for delivery of the Company’s strategy and Business goals.

  • The Company share scheme

    All employees are eligible to invest between £10 and £150 per month. In addition you will receive one matching partnership Share, up to £75 a month. Because you invest with pre-tax salary, saving on Income Tax and National Insurance.

    In addition, all employees receive a Free Share Award under the Company Share Incentive Plan. Awards are made based on the Company’s performance/results. Shares are awarded automatically if you are employed at the time.

    In our fully equipped kitchens, we offer a range of teas and coffees as well at squashes. We also have the odd ice-cream and lollies in summer and fruit all-year round. all of which are free.
